strange to see a Jan 2002 approval on rupnet. wonder whats happening with Dec cases. any one with any approvals or rfe of there cases plese post.
what a way of INS functionality.

Folks; Earlier I have posted a jan approval for a friend of mine.
the only thing I know about his case is
it is JAN RD/ND
WAC-02-082-*****

He works in sam e company as me. It is EB3-INDIA,
NO AGEOUT etc.

Plus four Jan RFEs, according to rupnet. December cases remain untouched. Now I feel pressured...

Interesting....

Never know how INS works. Any how, looking at the ND and FP Dates, my guess is this case is from Southern California which, by the way is encouraging.

out of those 4 Jan RFEs, one is for AP and the details of others are not posted...so one cannot assume that they are necessarily for I-485 only.

Sar was an input mistake?!

Somehow Sar turned off the charming green background color on rupnet!!
