Jan 17th ND Approved

It\'s my turn to say my 485 is approved as per AVM today, I checked AVM
yesterday night it gave the same Blah.... but i rechecked today morning
it said that this case is approved on October 30th.The AVM is updated
today morning.

PD : November 1999
Rd : 10th Jan 2001
ND : 17 th Jan 2001
AD : 30 th October
AVM Updated on 1st November.

Looks like PD theory is correct

Looking at most of the Dec/Jan approved cases it confirms that INS is looking at priority date along with RD & ND. Happy to see approval started again. Congrats !

But my I-140 is approved for CP. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.
