tp..i am Jan 02 case too...suggest we just wait. from my understanding it will take atleast 4-6 months more before they start seeing Jan cases. I have 8 people in my organisation with Oct-dec cases still waiting. I keep speaking to IIO's now and then and it looks like we are in for a long haul. Just hang in there buddy!!
Hell - there are so many ahead of us that we can forget about getting it before any of the Dec '01 and before cases and rightly so. They also have been waiting longer than us.
I am sure our case files must have gathered moss by now and a whole new eco-system is thriving on our papers, BCIS included.
I doubt if god also knows when will this wait be over.

Arz...end of the year is an ideal estimate, while they are still clearing WAC-01 cases and Wac-040 seriers we can expect to wait anotehr 6 months at least..so get ready for a new set of FP's to be done and medical?? not sure abt it's validity thought..i am already down 5k on my GC costs and now all this!
