I have two questions:
1- I have a J1 visa and my husband has a J2 visa. I am about to graduate, however, my husband wants to begin studying in the US and he would pay for his education. Now, can he convert his visa from J2 to J1 to study?
2- I think that by paying for his own education and by studying a field not in the skill list, he will not get a new two year home residency, is this right?
