J2 to H1B

HI friends,
recently my wife has got waiver.
Last year i got H1b approval (while having 2HRR ). that time USCIS asked me to submit waiver on stamping time.
So my question is with out going to India for H1B stamping can i get I 94 using this waiver. if yes please send me the details . my visa is going to expire on July 1. so pls help me

No I have not............what Do I need to do.........Can I get I -94 while I am in usa????

what status are you in right now, if you didnt' change it to H1B?

are you in J-2? can you still use your approval for H1B? if yes and yes, then apply for a change of status, enclose a copy of the waiver.
