I am currently at the end of second year of my H1B. My lawyer messed up while applying for H1B. Lawyer put the start date, the day application was sent to USCIS. Application was approved 10 days later and I started job immediately, but the end date is three years. I still have 10 days of commitment in J1 waiver on H1. I have an approved EAD via NIW application. What should I do, need another H1, talk to state 30 program sponsor of J1 HRR waiver. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.
