J1 (with waiver) to H4

My wife is currently on J1. My H1B becomes effective October 1, 2007. My wife already has taken the 2 year HRR waiver (approved). So please advise procedure to Change status to H4 and how much time it will take.

It is simple , I guess you have to fill I-539 and send it to your respective processing center along with required documentation

I was wondering what statement of reason your wife gave to get the waiver becoz my case is similar to her, I have plan to go on h4 status after getting waiver.
