J1 waiver transfer to Dallas

I'm trying to transfer my J1 waiver to Dallas from Maryland. My lawyer told me to look for another job in HPSA area. Does HPSA socre matter? or can it be any HPSA area?
Does anybody know any HPSA jobs in Dallas? I would like to work in federal clinic if possible. Appreciate any reply.

As for I know it could be HPSA or MUA. Score does not matter.

May I ask, what grounds you're transferring your waiver?

Have you advised MD Health services for your intentions?
