I had applied for J1 waiver based on no obj and the DOS rec'd all docs by dec 19. Since its over the estm processing time of 8 weeks, should i contact them and how ?
1) phone : though the phone goes through rarely, they are not of much help, since they say the same thing which is on online-update ie ., pending
2) fax : do they care about the fax ? to the public enquiries division
3) mail: One of the faqs says, send a reminder to Public enquiries division: What's the address : is it the same as where i sent my application
I would appreciate any response. This situation has been so unsettling to me and any suggestion would be of great help.
