J1 waiver Info

I have applied for my J1 waiver and have send my application to DOS. I was able to see my waiver status http://travel.state.gov web site. Initially I was able to see the information about my case (with the help of case no) but from last few days it's shows that "No information is available regarding your case ...". Is there anything wrong with my application. Please help.
 
Do you still see the same online message? Have you already received your waiver approval? If the answer to both of the above quesions is "NO," then try to talk to someone at the DoS.
