Hey..

I am a pathology fellow. I was wondering whether you had any luck in gettinG information about J-1 Waiver in pathology. How easy or difficult it is to find jobes in pathology in the underserved underprivileged areas.

If I remember correctly you also had a previous post about hardship waiver.

Do you have any information about a good lawyer ( preferably in NYC) and about the success rate in getting it. I don't really have any reason for the waiver except the fact that we would be living separately and if my husband has to move to my country (a small country and underdeveloped too.., it would affect his career, growth finance etc. and cause hardship .

So am in the process of applying for this waiver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
