Hi Guys
I got a favorable recommendation for my waiver On May 22nd ,2007.I had also sent them a change of address from mine to my aunt's address as my visa was expiring and i had to leave for India.
They received the Change of Address on May 29th,2007(as updated on the case site).After receiving that I have not received any copy of the letter of recommendation at neither my old address nor my new address.
I can't even apply for the AR11 to change my address with the USCIS because they require the receipt number whose copy I have not received.
I am so depressed because my parents had taken so much pain to get the no objections from the three Indian departments and I had run around so much ,but I am not getting any answers from any of the public inquiry numbers.Now I am in India and am feeling really helpless.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
