J1 Visa waiver question

In the state of Georgia :

1} How many years of primary care you have to do for J1 waiver [ national interest ] 3 years or 5 years.

2} After you finish 3 years of waiver can you practice at any place or it has to be under served area if you are planning green card through NIW. ?

- waiver: 3 years in hpsa or mua. can be specialty if approved by health department


- green-card / NIW: You have to do 5 years primary care in hpsas or mua.
