I'm in the US on a J1 Visa right now. No 2 yr rule and valid until October 2013.
I have a new job(sponsor) and want to quit my J1 job. It's at a german restaurant and they need german personal.
How is it possible to change my J1 into a Workvisa???
I have 10yr work experience as a Pharmacy Tech. 10 yr school and 3 yr Pharmacy school (college), 6 months AuPair and 3 Credits at a american college.
