j1 to h1b visa, do i have some option to stay?

hi i have an issue,
i came to the us for an internship program for a year on 11/15/06, i found a employer, a company that want to contract me, but i have the 2 years rule, is there some posibility, to extend my J1 visa or change to H1b with this 2years rule, what can i do?
I count with that company to help me, but first i need to know if i can Stay with no problems and work for them, can somebody tell me what to do?...thanks
 
you can't change to H1b. If your company is authorised to issue DS-2019, you can possibly work for them as a trainee. Other than that - no.
