J1 to H1 to GC

I was married before applying for GC. At the time of filing for GC, my wife was on J1 visa. On the GC application I mentioned that I was married and I also mentioned her name but I didn't applied for her as she was on J1 visa. Now, she got a job and is on H1 visa. I appreciate if anyone can explain to me if she can get GC based on my status/application. Thanks.

She'll be able to adjust status or obtain immigrant visa only after she fulfills her J-1 waiver obligations (assuming she is physician - former J-1 holder).
