I am a french citizen curently working for company A with a J1 visa valid until May 2006, I don't have 2 years residency requirement.
I want to apply in April 2005 for a H1-B in the same company A for a start date of October 1st 2005.
Questions :
- Did it's better to apply with premium processing or I do not need it ?
- If my H1-B visa is denied did my J1 visa still be valid ?
- Did I will need to go back to France for get my H1-B or I can do all from the US ?
