J1 to F1 VISA

I am in F 1 visa right now, i am planning to work for 2 years and then want to go for another F1. Do i have to go for H1B or J1????. I would like to know whether converting H1B to F1 is easier or J1 to F1???
Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!! I have a compaany ready to sponsor me for H1B.

If you have choice between J1 and H1, go for H1. It is more paperwork but you won't be subject to the 2-year residency requirement.

I dont think J1 is advisable for you to change to so far you are in F1. The best bet is to explore HIB if granted and you will be able to get your GC after a year with same company...J1 might subject you to 2 years HRR.
