May I ask you whether you would be able to change your J1visa to H1 , and work as medical doctor ?, or doctors much be subject to HHR 212e ?
As Iam dentist and wish to apply for J1 visa then transfer it to H1 visa ( i have employer who will sponsor me for H1 visa )
