anybody knows??? i was given a favorable recommendation by DOS of my 2yrs HRR waiver, but i still didt receiver a copy of it in the mail, can i application for AOS without a copy am presently married u.s citizen.. anybody know if i can?
Yes you can, print the online page with your application #, enclose a copy from the original application with your name on it. The leter takes one month to show up in you mail.
You should receive the final approval notice from the USCIS in about 2-3 weeks from the day you got favourable recommendation. The letter is sent to your home address (not mailing address) according to the information on DS-3035.
