J1 academic training extension after waiver approval

Hi,

I am in a big soup. I have already got my J1 visa waiver. If anyone needs help on that, I would be glad to guide them step by step.

My J1 academic training (AT) expires early next year and I am stuck with the green card processing. Can someone tell me if my AT can be extended, even when I have already got my waiver?? I wish someone can help me answer this question or suggest me a person who could help me in this regard.

After waiver approval you can not extend,renew, get new J forever. You can get GC or H beside some others like O.
