Hi,
I am currently on J-2 visa with EAD. So I am currently working in a private software firm. I have a valid EAD until 31-June 2010. My company agreed to file an H-1B for me in April-2010.
(1) If they file April-2010 through premium processing, we can hear the approval in 15 days?
(2) After filing an H1B in April 1st 2010, if my H-1B approves, is I am legally eligible to stay in USA after the June-2010?
(3) What will be my status between 31-June and 1st Oct 2010 if H1-B petition is pending, still I can continue to work in the same company after filing an HIB or hearing H-1B approval notice?
