Anyone out there her on a J1 governmetn funded and got the 2 years requirenment waived with a no objection letter?.
 
I did. I had my J-1 10 years ago with USIA funding and finally waived it last year. I had some pretty good circumstances/reasons for not fulfilling it, though.
