J 1 Waiver With US FUNDS ??????? HELPPPP

iam on a J1 , out of status now , been married to a us citizeb for almost one and a half years ,

My DS2019 says that iam subject to the HRR , but My program was Funded by the Department of state ?

What is the best way for me to apply for a waiver ? is it the hardship or the NOL ?

Please help me !!
 
If you are out of status. There is no way to apply for a waiver as you have to be "in status" when you apply.

Why are you surprised that you got HRR with funding from DoS - this is normal and waivers are difficult to get when govnt. funding was involved.

Get a good lawyer.

nobody here can help you. Find a very good lawyer with experience handling your situation.
Expect it to cost $$$ and even with that, you may still get banned.
Does your spouse have anything against moving with you to your country for a few years or more?

You've obviously done some research .. what do you think? Hardship is likely out of the question even if you could apply.

ignoring the problem longer may make it even worse, but get the opinion of a paid expert.
