Does anyone have any experience with applying for J-1 waiver through the IGA? Specifically, the one from the Department of Justice or Defence by the person working in the private business.
I've seen various contact lists for the agency, but how would someone start the whole process? Do you have to write a request letter to the agency and they will reply with the package that has all forms and needed information?
