J-1 Waiver Jobs

I am doing residency in Pathology. I heard that one cannot get waiver in pathology. Does anybody knows if this is correct ? Where should I look for J-1 waiver jobs. Any website where these are posted.

You may get a j-1 waiver in HPSA only for "primary medcal care" fields which are: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Ob-Gyn, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Dentistry. No other field will qualify. As a pathologist you could switch to O-1 visa based on research and academics. I don\'t know how you would actually get a waiver.
