J-1 Waiver Forms: "Name of Scheme"

Dear all,

What is expected in the following Item in the J-1 Waiver form:

"Please indicate below the name of the scheme under which you proceeded abroad"

Are they asking the type of visa and/or the J-1 class?

I would appreciate a reply very much.

Prashath, did you hear back from anybody about what is supposed to be filled in under the name of scheme on the waiver form?
