Seeking assistance on filling out the Data Sheet for the J-1 Visa Waiver.
I need clarification as to which Date & Place I should use on Item 6 - "Date & Place For First Entrance to US on J1 Visa", since I've held the J-1 visa on 3 other occassions for different exchange programs. My question is: Are they asking for the first time that I used this type of visa to enter the US or they want the current J-1 which I'm trying to get the waiver for.
