J-1 visa Interview preparation

Hi, I am currently living in USA on H4 and now I am planning to go India for J-1 visa interview to do residency. My husband is in GC processing.

I have few questions regarding my J-1 interview.
Q1: How to show my strong ties in India and convince them that I will go back to India after residency, when they can clearly see that I have been living in USA and my husband is on H1 and is in GC processing?
Q2: I am supposed to show them bank statements and tax returns, should those be my husbands' docs from USA or my fathers' docs from India?

can someone suggest me any good points in my situation that I can use in the interview?
