J-1 to H4 conversion

Hi,
I am a J-1 researcher. I want to change to H4 (My husband is H-1B)- how can I apply for that? I already have the I-797 for the 2YHRR.

Conditions for which you may waive the two year requirement include: a no objection statement issued by the home country, proof of persecution in the home country, exceptional hardship to a U.S. citizen upon your departure, a government agency's interest in your work, or an employment opportunities in a specified health care professional shortage area. Perhaps you qualify for one of these conditions.
 
I think she has already received her waiver... I do not know of the process to change the status. Perhaps, you could ask in the H visa forums. Your case is a simple COS/AOS case.
