I think I have a simple question........but I couldn't find any information about it .......... I hope somebody can help me.
I'm an exchange student and I'm not a subject to the "two year rule".......and I think I don't need a waiver.
My question is : Can I change my status from J-1 to H2B.......is it possible. I know I need some documents like "I-539" and "I-129" I'm little confused I'm gonna find the information about the documents but first I need to be sure is it possible to change my status to H2B.
