I've lost old pasppot ! How do I fill up "List dates of all previous visit" DS-230 ?

Hi winners,

I have lost old passport, can not fill up DS-230 part1 section35 "List dates of all previous visit" surely.

Is there any good idea to how to fill up ?

I am contacting KCC via email and waiting reply.
KCC answer will be posted soon.

I didn't have my old passports either so I just filled that section out as best as I could with the month and year of visit instead of specific dates. They had no problem with that.

If you haven't got old passports or old visa records it isn't the end of the world so don't worry. Just put down the approximate month/date you visited the US and the year. They can always cross-reference this to their system to check if necessary.

Received By KCC - 12th May 2012
Confirmation From KCC - 25th May 2012 after I sent them an email

Police Clearance - Not Yet
Medicals - Not Yet
Interviews - Hopefully in mid-August
Visa Pick up - Hopefully in mid-August
Port of Entry - New York JFK or Washington/Dulles
