I've done FP in 3/12/05, do I supposely expect LUD change?

I did talk to FBI about my FP's and they report that they responded to USCIS on February 24, 2005, the day after I did my FP's.

I have emailed them on name check status also

I did FP in Atlanta on 3/16/05. And my 485 LUD changed to 3/17/05.
I did call FBI for FP status. They told me they sent it back to CIS on the same day. I have not inquired the name check status yet.

Only 485 LUD changed, the message is the same.

Hello All,
I am having a similar suituation. My FP was done on March 18 and from then there were two LUD changes. But none thereafter...Any idea what is going on.

I spoke with FBI and they said that same routine answer that the results were send back the same day.

Does it make sense to wait for some time or send an email for name check?.

Inquiry over the phone

Your FPs have most likely been received by USCIS although there is no way to tell other than calling them and hoping that the officer will let you know.

From your signature it seems that your 140 has not been approved yet. If that is the case then please have your lawyer place a phone inquiry on your case. The inquiry might trigger a 485 approval.

As for name check, you can try and call the FBI.

LUD changed 2 times after FP

Hi,

we did advanced FP in Atl on sat, LUD changed 2 times - does it mean anything - are they taking a look at our case !!!!!!

Sorry for the confusion with my signature. I have updated my Signature. my I-140 got approved in Aug 2004.

Do you think there could be RFE for any other thing? Medica/.....dont know....?
