I've done FP in 3/12/05, do I supposely expect LUD change?

Lately very few people have seen LUD changes after FP. I gave mine on the 15th of Feb and there has been no change in status. A lot of others have not seen any update since they gave their FPs.

Thanks for the reply. I agree nowadays nothing can predict from USCIS. But is there anyway I can check to see if my FP and name check is cleared?

To mmm2002, I did early FP in Atlanta. I just happened to walk in with FP notice and picture ID, and luckly they let me did early FP on 3/12 without any question.

Garol,
1. I did call up For finger print status (Phone Numbers are in Saras76 Posting), told me that On 03/14/05 send the FP Results to USCIS for both me and my wife.
2. I did call up Name check status too.. the lady said they dont give the status over the phone. Also asked me to draft an e-mail with Name/DOB/A#/Phone/E-mail to FBINNCP@IC.FBI.GOV and with in 12 weeks they will respond to our e-mail. See if you want to do the same.
 
FP done waiting for I-485 approval

Same thing in my case, I did early FP on 19 March and LUD on I-485 changed 21 March and 22 March.

FBI FP result & name check

I just called for FP result, and I was told by FBI agent that they received request on 3/14/05 and return the result to USCIS at the same day. She also suggest me to call for name check clearance with FBI. The number she gave to me is slightly different than POJ provided. Here is the number I got: 202-324-2399. Anyway, you will get message for sending email request instead phone query. The email address you can use for name check is: FBINNCP@IC.FBI.GOV.

ab kya karun, have your name check cleared? are you located in Atlanta area? The FBI agent that I talked to mentioned about the reason I have not receive green card case info from USCIS may caused by name check clearance from FBI. I suggest you send email to verify name check status.

Thanks Garol. How do you send the email, who should it be addressed to and what information do I need to include for them to be able to identify my case?
