We surely must appreciate the BCIS for being diligent in keeping the online status updated to the last minute.

I checked my status this morning and it had the same old status of mt FP status.

A few minutes back I checked it again and voila - Its Approved .

The case details :

EAD02062XXXXX

RD : 11/30/2001

ND : 12/15/2001.

I was let go by my sponsoring employer in March last year but I used EAD and found a similar job ( actually a better one with better perks ) and fortunately 485 processing continued.

So hang on guys . VSC is on the move.

I have updated RUPNET .

I did not get any RFE . My case was a EB2 / RIR . Fortunately I did not have to move out of my resident state as I got a similar kind of consulting job . So my case continues with VSC .

I must have checked my online status not more than 10 times in the past 4-6 mons. The more you desire something the difficult it gets to get to it .
