congrats, my PD is very close July 2002, letz see how far they go this time, did you happen to call them or take any info pass appointment,

just trying to figure what triggered your approval, since there are few still waiting from 2001 PDs

It looks like -- NSC mail server starts releasing the email after hours .. anywhere from 5:00 PM to 12 mid night.
