Alright folks ... time to gear up for the action

I just wanted to give you a heads up on your upcoming approval. Looks like TSC and NSC are working overtime to preadjudicate cases for June 1. Don't be surprised to see LUDs on your case in the next week or so. Specially folks who didn't see LUDs after their second FP.

sounds like great news - but whats your source?

not sure about the post-fingerprinting LUDs though. i have been sent at least 6 FP notices, with all possible code combinations, over the last 2 years and i just saw an LUD last month when i went for my last FP (Code 2).

am going for an INFOPASS appointment tomorrow to see what is pending.

Yes what is the source of your info. I have not yet got 2nd FP noticce.
 
I hope the source is reliable. As everyone here, I am tired of all this. I hope we get out of this suffering next month......

Infopass appointment

Why do we need to take aan INFOPASS appointment? Is that an appointment to get piucutres for final Greencard?

I see a PD tracker in ur signature and the file is read only on goog. Can you update the file with my info..

While they are working *undertime* to *not* adjudicate cases this month that are already current.

I can sense the cynicism because they haven’t approved your case yet. Looks like someone in USCIS looked at your signature and took it literally :eek:

Just kidding buddy :) :) I am sure you’re next in line. It’s bound to happen sooner than later.

My recent LUD is same as yours, 5/8/2007, and today my lawyer receives RFE for my I-485 case. Per-my lawyer: they are processing my case now. See my signature for more details.

Yeah yours and mine dates are indeed similar..... Hope the approval will be too....:)

I don't know may be I will receive FP notice in future. Yesterday, I had INFOPASS appointment and found out my case is pending in "NAME CHECK".

My PD will be current in a week, I don't have words to express my frustation........ Heck I am not even excited about it anymore.

My PD is August 2004. I see LUD change on my 485.
In your case, did message changed for the RFE?
 
Those who are eligible to apply for I-485 has some more thing to cheer about.

Update on USCIS Fee Regulation

It now looks highly unlikely that USCIS’ goal for putting the increased fees into effect in June 2007 will be met.

At one point, it seemed as though the agency would meet its goal of implementing the fees in June. It had scheduled a press conference for May 10 to announce release of the final regulation increasing the fees, but cancelled it a few hours before it was due to start, providing only vague explanations for the cancellation. In the meantime, the website for the Office of Management and Budget showed the regulation as still under review. Today, two weeks later, the website continues to show the regulation as under review.

A regulation cannot be published until it has been cleared by OMB. Under the Administrative Procedure Act, a regulation generally must be published at least 30 days before it takes effect. Therefore, it appears unlikely that the regulation will be published before June, and thus unlikely that it can take effect before July at the earliest.
 
Will see what happens.

I am stuck with name check and I don't expect anything unless my namecheck is cleared. Also I did 4 fps as of today and there were no LUD change after my last 2 FPs.

However I did receive RFE for BC and I replied to that. After receiving RFE there was LUD on my case. After that I did FP but no lud change.

When I received RFE I thought my namecheck might be clear as my PD is in aug 2001 and they might preadjudicate my case. but when i took infopass appt last week, lady at counter told me that my name check is still pending.

Gurus, what yuo think? do i have chance? I guess I have chance but its just .001 %. :)

I contacted senator but haven't heard anything yet. my looooonnnnnngggggg wait for GC continues.
 
Congratulations to all who got approval emails today

Well people are getting approval emails on Sunday. To me that's USCIS working over time.

To other who are yet to see light on the other side of this tunnel, it's getting pretty colse :)

who got approval today, can you post any links to it, I just want to know whatz their PD and other details to take guess on what order USCIS is processing their cases,

also or they from NSC or TSC
