RD 01/19/2001

ND 01/31/2001

FP 02/08/2002

RFE recived by INS 05/24/2002

2 years TAX return, Employer Latter, $1000 penality

AD still wainting

I'ts over 540 days (18 months) since RD and on 07/23/2002 it is gonna be 540 days of wainting since ND

any idea?
should i call IIO?

540 day limit ended once you got the RFE

From what I know the clock got initialized when you got the RFE.

Talk to your lawyer

Talk to your lawyer and ask him/her to contact the INS asap. If you have paid the money to your lawyer, this is the time when your lawyer has to do his/her job for taking your money.

Penalty is for being out of status (245i) INS cashed the check 2 days after they recived RFE

Finger prints - i realized in NOV that is taken to long for FP so i started to call them and finaly did them in February
