It's my turn today..I-485 Approved (RD Feb18)

With God's grace, today, our I-485 cases have been approved.
We went out for dinner on the occasion of my wife's birthday, after we came home I was routinely checking my e-mails and guess what.. I saw the magic words "this case has been approved".

It's been a long journey in this country (more than 8 years) and I am on third EAD.. Changed employer 9 months ago using AC21... I almost lost hope on the GC, but finally I see the light.

I wish all the folks who are waiting for approval will get soon. Finally, my sincere thanks and respects to Rajiv Khanna for providing a common platform for folks like us. I will update you my stamping experience when I go for it.

Thank you all for your wishes and comments.

1) I haven't contacted Congressman/Senator regarding delay in I-485. However, I prepared the letter and was weighing the options to send to Ombudsman and Congressman. I discussed with my attorney, last week, requesting him to inquire on the delays.. I don't think he had sent anything.

2) I didn't receive any RFE's on I-485.
