Hi Guys,

I received emails from USCIS stating that my case and my wife's case are approved!!! :)

I received the e-mail yesterday afternoon but I did not know about it until evening when I checked my e-mails. What a way to celebrate the weekend!!!!!!!

I thank the Immigration.com administrators for hosting such an useful website to share our thoughts. I also thank all the other members for their suggestions and sharing their experience and more so for the support in this arduous task.

I feel that your guys turn to say approved, is in the corner. Hang in there guys!! Your time will definitely come soon!!!

My details:

Service Center: NSC
State Labor : 6/1/99
Labor cleared : 02/12/02 (Filed thru regular processing; took almost 3 years)
I-140: 5/21/02
I-485: 7/29/02
1st EAD: 9/16/02
1st AP: 9/22/02
1st FP: 9/16/02
2nd EAD: 8/24/03
2nd AP: 8/18/03
2nd FP: 5/6/04
3rd EAD: (first week of June 2004; awaiting for the receipt)
3rd AP: (first week of June 2004; awaiting for the receipt)
RFE: None
AD: 6/17/04

Never changed jobs ever since I started my Green Card process.

I guess my 3rd EAD triggered the approval!!!

Anyways, after waiting for exactly 5 years (going through the regular labor processing), I am now breathing a sigh of relief after a long, mentally exhausting journey!!

I wish all of you guys to get the approval soon!! GOD IS GREAT!!

I am still awaiting the approval notice from my attorney, hopefully I should be getting it sometime next week. I will keep you guys posted.

Anyways, I will be a active member in the forum to try my best to offer my help.

THANKS GUYS!!

Congratulations... NO RFE is cool

congrats!

another no RFE approval! Hopefully NSC is going to reduce the backlog in this way!
USCIS promises to reduce processing time to 6 months in 2006 for i485, it was also promised by Bush in 2001, but now all cases are more than 6 months, CIS should directly approve any case pending more than 6 months no RFE ....
