Dang! Just lost my posting due to "server busy" :mad: Now have to retype everything...

Anyway, I just found out the processing date for Dallas District Office moves up to Feb 06 (mine is June 05) :D so I asked my attorney to inquire. She came back saying the inquiry cut off date for my case is Jan 05, based on that she can't inquire yet. :(

Anybody heard of such a thing as inquiry cut off date? she said it's not posted on USCIS website.

What can I do now? The pilot program boasts 90 days quick process. But it's been 15 months for me. My attorney suspects I'm stuck on name check. I'm not sure infopass inquiry will help, is writing to congressman helpful? is it too soon to sue?

Please share your experience or give advice...
 
what's name check checking anyway?

anybody know what fbi is checking in the names? what raises a flag? my name is rare in both its original language and english, I googled myself the only thing came up is the lame thesis i wrote for my master's :rolleyes:

don't understand what the possible hickup could be?
