I understand that illegal immigrants who have an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number who buy land and can request reduced tax.
An illegal immigrant who is told to temporarily leave the U.S. in order to comply with the requirements of becoming a permanent resident must still leave even though they own property in the U.S?
I fail to see how one is told to leave even though one can own land. I understand that the state of Texas can take possession of the land.
I hope someone can shed some light on this issue. I believe i can stay in the U.S. with property that i own in the state of Texas. Is this false or true, thanks.
