Hello,
I got the approval notice, via Fedex from the lawyer last week. Here are the details:
EB2, India, Regular Labor
    PD: 01/98
    ND: 08/00
    RD: 09/00
    FP: 05/01
  LIN: 002635XXXX
Had a RFE (copy of the preference petition approval). RFE rcvd. on Nov 26, 2001.
Approved on : 12/10/01.
The AVM wasn\'t updated when I checked just before the Christmas break.
This was a great relief, especially since my company filed Ch 11.

I had no idea what it meant...the Lawyer apparantly had it, and they sent it the same day
