They cant say what they are processing. May/June/July/August.. nobody knows. So, I guess they wont this month.

I guess VSC will post 4/30/01 as 485 official process time...

Just my guess.
Now, there is no pattern in VSC\'s process....

What is their *official* interpretation of this date? Is it RD or ND?

I think it is RD.

Although when you talk to IIO, they maybe will tell you process is based on ND. But, I think it is RD.

I think they will post as 15th or 30th of May since they would like to be ahead of NSC

NSC reported 5/1/2002 for 485. Since Vermont is

consistently in front of NSC in processing 485s, I believe, it will be more than at least one month up front. My guess, VSC will report July cases being processed.

We\'ll see pretty soon, don\'t we?
