IT looks like BCIS started moving again

I have completed 19 months waiting but never called BCIS to check the status, what do you guys recommand to call them to check the status or just wait or watch, any expereince please post . Will inquiring trigger anything?
 
Even if you call they will say call after 20 months. That is the current ench mark at which they are entertaining calls.
