It looks EB3 quota emptied

I have read somewhere on net that EB3 quota (40K) already emptied and hence no more approval is coming.See you guys in OCT (yes 2005).

That is a correct understanding. All of us EB3 victims have to now find a sleeping pil that will put us to sleep for next 3 long months.

I'm sorry to be the one to give you the bad news. The lack of visa numbers is for EVERYBODY no matter the country. We all have to wait until the new fiscal year opens in October 2005.
