RFE on 02/11/2004

RFE for self:
1) Birth certificate.
2) Current employment letter saying that job offer still valid.
3) Evidence of employment history

RFE for wife:
1) Secondary evidence of birth certificate such as school record.

2) Complete medical. (We were pregnant at the time of filing 1-485, and xray and some vaccine were not done. Guess what??? We are pregnant again. :)

3) Evidence that we are still married such as combined bank account, property document, insurance document, child birth certificate

Question: Since we are pregnant again, do we have to ask for RFE extension or can USCIS waive medical exam in this case?

Thanks in advance.

Online case status message.

Did your online case status message change at all; after you RFE issued?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the online status also changed after RFE ... saying that we have sent you RFE at xyz date ....

Guys: Can I get an answer on this ???

Question: Since we are pregnant again, do we have to ask for RFE extension or can USCIS waive medical exam in this case?

funny

It is funny that INS could know that you have a valid marriage as your wife was prignant during her first medical and they still want evidence of marriage.
Please god take stupid and lazy people from my way.

Sabiradm,

I feel really sorry for you haven't got your approval yet with your RD back at July 01! Keep up your high spirit!

One more thing, cann't stop smiling every time I read your "we are pregnant", I know you mean your wife is pregnant:) .

Best wishes,

Thanks Shamu2002 -

I know I am having a long journey for my GC and I would like to let everyone know have patience and good news will come soon.

As far as "we are pregnant" goes, that is true. I am proud father of my child. It is not only a mother who should be called pregnant but it should be both mother and father.

I guess I have been living in this country for long time but I love this concept.
:)

Initially we submit the birth certificate from consulate in USA. USCIS wants to see birth certificate from our home country.

The employment history is for jobs I had in USA.
