IT H1 visa and Now Mech H1 visa

I have MS in mech engineering but worked in IT for 2 years(got H1 after F1) in the boom time.Now its extremely hard to find a long term IT project and i dont want to waste my best years doing these 1/2 months projects(These are hard to find too).

I finally got an Entry level Mech Engineering job.My question now is can i transfer my IT H1 visa to this Mech Engineering Job or do i need to apply for a New H1visa?.If so,can i get the H1 visa with just MS in mech engineering but no experience?.

Any suggestion is much appreciated....thanks

Remember that H1 visas are NOT for entry level jobs.

I am not aware of entry level job rule for H1.
