Today I received an I-797C (Notice of Action) for my wife's RTD. Everything appeared normal on the rceipt. Later on today, I went online to do a case status check, and found this:

"On xxx, 2007, we determined that this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was not properly filed because you submitted incorrect fee. Therefore, we have rejected your case and returned it to you with all supporting materials, along with the fee. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the case with correct fee."

The fee I submitted was $305 according to the BCIS website:confused:

Wow - I wonder how they made this error. Someone must have coded your application wrongly.

I think they shouldn't hire illegal immigrant to work there:)

I have been to the Nebraska Center twice. I have seen the kind of people who work there (no disrespect to anyone). Very young females in their late teen/early 20's, high school-dropout type (not to stero-type). I was there early in the morning and evening. Most of them were picked up/dropped off by someone else (mom/dad)! These are the same people who hold our fate in their hands!

Man I cann't wait to become a US citizen and put all this BS behind!
