the ij denied my asylum but granted me withholding of removal and he give me choice to apply for appeal i did it in jan 2005 . after 1 year of appeal the bia asked me to send my bref it wos send and recived on febr 2006 on time but the dhs failed to their bref
my quoson is in this situation can i be aproved for asylum by bia?

Nobody can answer this question. This depends on the merit of your case (do you really have a refuge in your wife's country?), the skills of your lawyer and frankly also your luck.
